Strong PAC Implementation

What is Strong PAC?

On September 11,2018 Radius Credit Union members will be required to update their Personal Access Code or PAC (aka password) when logging into MemberDirect® Online Banking or using the Radius Credit Union Mobile App.

Your new PAC will be required to be 8-30 characters and include a minimum of 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 numeric value. Limited special characters may also be added to your PAC: @ # $ - |!

Why is this change required?

Increased security and cyber safety is always top of mind in keeping our members and their personal information safe! This is why we are further enhancing our online banking and mobile app security with increased PAC requirements.  In addition to safety, strong PAC is also a security requirement for the introduction of future services include Mobile Pay and Apple Pay!
