COVID-19 Resources & Support

We did it! We have navigated our way through a worldwide pandemic and are on our way to “Re-opening Saskatchewan!”  As of Monday July 11 Saskatchewan has entered Phase 3 of our re-opening plan, this means that the public health restrictions have all been lifted. Our branches are all fully open and ready to serve our members, masks & social distancing protocols will no longer be mandated. Radius Credit Union will continue to follow increased cleaning protocols, and will provide hand sanitizer for all members and staff to ensure everyone stays healthy and safe.  While masking is no longer required within our branches we will respect each individuals choice to continue to wear or not wear a mask while visiting us. Please continue to use the hand sanitizer provided and respect others personal space.

Government of Saskatchewan - keeping the businesses and employees of Saskatchewan informed, the government has compiled the links to resources available in one place.

Government of Canada – Canadians may qualify for a variety of benefits during the COVD-19 Crisis:

  • Apply for regular Employment Insurance Benefits here
  • Apply for Employment Insurance Sickness Benefits here

Utilities - Saskatchewan Crown Corporations that operate utilities in the province will offer a zero-interest deferral on all utility payments for a period of 6 months.

  • SaskTel– waiving data overage charges, offering news and family channels for free
  • SaskPower– stopped active collections and won’t be limiting power supply to customers
  • SaskEnergy– deferring payments and not limiting natural gas supply

211 Saskatchewan – a free, confidential, 24/7 service that Saskatchewan residents can access by call, text or web chat for a variety of human services that can support them in their area.

Lumeca – A Saskatchewan based app that gives Saskatchewan residents free, confidential access to health care professionals through their mobile devices.

Mobile Crisis Services – Offering mental health support during this time of isolation and uncertainty through their 24/7 Mobile Crisis line 306-757-0127.

Crisis Services Canada – Text HOME to 686868 in Canada to talk with a trained Crisis Responder, or call 1-833-456-4566.

Outpost Health - Physician-led Saskatchewan digital health company that securely connects Patients and licensed Healthcare Providers, via video consultations, electronic medical records and smart health tracking tools. Patients in Saskatchewan access this service for free and can log in from any device to get virtual healthcare.
